March 17, 2014 - Plan set of design conditions in progress.
February 24, 2014 - Morning peak hour signal timings were collected for all six corridor intersections. Team completed existing conditions in Synchro.
February 20, 2014 - Evening peak hour signal timings were collected for all six corridor intersections.
February 19, 2014 - Spoke with Matt Lawson, Mercer County Planning Department, and obtained copies of Campus Town Entrance plans.
February 16, 2014 - Team has begun modeling the existing conditions using Synchro 7 software.
November 18, 2013 - Completed calculations for additional vehicle trips generated using the ITE Trip Generation Manual, 9th Edition.
November 7, 2013 - Completed traffic signal phase diagrams for the existing intersections. The diagrams are displayed below. It should be noted that while Olden Ave is technically the major road of the intersection, Route 31 was declared the major road to maintain continuity.

October 24, 2013 - Created schedule of completion for the project.
October 14, 2013 - Met with Tony Gattone, Project Manager of the Campus Town project. Gained information on a new interchange between Campus Town & Route 31, and acquired zoning information and plans for the project.

August 28, 2013 - Route 31 was surveyed after a strong rainfall session for water ponding. Notable locations of insufficient drainage were located near the intersections of Route 31 and Green Ln, King Ave, Crescent Ave, Pennroad Ave, Pennwood Dr, and Olden Ave. All notable ponding occurs south of the TCNJ Campus.
